CLOVE LAKE SHIFTS TO WEB ADS

   As home buyers and sellers become more web savvy, more want to be kept abreast of real estate activity in real time. That's led CLOVE LAKE REALTY to scale back its print advertising and put a greater emphasis on online advertising, the brokerage said.

    CLOVE LAKE REALTY Broker Joseph Runfola spoke about the strategic change at a recent Conference.

     "I've made a strategic change at CLOVE LAKE REALTY this year" Runfola told the conference. "We are not doing any more print advertising that's not an open house. We are not doing any more regular classified ads, they just don't produce results".

Runfola said that the sales agents embraced the adjustment. The agents know the vast majority of home searches begin and end on the web.
